This March, the year groups of 1965 to 1969 were invited back to college for their Gaudy.  As part of this weekend we ran a Gaudy rowing event where alumni had the opportunity to row with current members on the Isis. This year, we got two Eights out on the water. And thanks to David Darling’s organisational skills we were able to boat 6 of the blade-winning Torpids crew of SPCBC in: 1971 – 72 in the beautiful sunshine. We all thoroughly enjoyed the event and the students were not only impressed by the rowing skills of our alumni but also loved all the stories relating to brick wall dismantling, post painting and various other student pranks!
